Project Brief
2Gether2.0 is a platform designed to empower digital creators by providing a fair and transparent space for sharing their work while ensuring proper recognition and compensation.
The Problem
Many online platforms fail to adequately support digital creators, often offering unfair compensation and making it difficult for them to gain visibility and build a sustainable income.
The Goal
The goal of this project was to design a user-friendly and intuitive mobile app for 2Gether2.0 — one that empowers digital creators and fosters a supportive community.

The Process
User Research
Persona Development
To represent the target audience, I created Johanna Norberg, a UX design student who actively creates and shares digital content.
Context Scenarios
To explore how Johanna would use the app, I developed three key scenarios:
- Finding a 3D modeling course
- Uploading a painting
- Starting a new photo project
Design
Sketches
I began by sketching key pages for each scenario. The sketches shown below are iterations refined from many discarded drafts.
Paper prototype
To visualize interactions, I created an interactive paper prototype using a spiral-bound sketchbook (sized approximately like a smartphone). The prototype was designed for reusability, allowing different scenarios to overlap and share screens, making the prototype dynamic enough to simulate the service experience.
💡 Watch the videos below for a walkthrough of each scenario using the paper prototype (in Swedish).
Wireframes
Building on the paper prototype, I developed wireframes in Figma, making small adjustments to the placement of buttons and captions for improved usability.

Mockup
I created four graphical mockups for key pages:
- Homepage
- Search result page
- Product page
- Profile page

Interactive prototype
Expanding on the wireframes and mockups, I built an interactive prototype that lets users experience core functionalities like searching, filtering, and navigating the app. Testing the prototype within the developed context scenarios helped validate the user flow and ensure an intuitive experience.

Conclusion
This project allowed me to design a platform that supports and empowers digital creators by providing a fair and intuitive space for sharing their work. By iterating through sketches, wireframes, mockups, and an interactive prototype, I was able to refine the user experience and ensure that the app is both visually appealing and easy to navigate.
Through this process, I explored how to create a seamless and engaging experience for users looking to connect, share, and grow within a creative community. The result is a design that prioritizes usability, accessibility, and a sense of community for digital creators.
